Sr Five9 Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Five9 Engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing complex contact center workflows, IVRs, and scripting for multi-site deployments. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize large-scale Five9 workflows, including custom IVRs and scripts tailored to unique business requirements. Lead the technical deployment of multi-contact center systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Customer Support) to identify and address business needs. Maintain compliance with E911 regulations while implementing solutions for emergency response systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Five9 platform performance or configuration. Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers, sharing best practices and advanced troubleshooting techniques. Requirements: 3+ years of experience working with Five9, including configuring workflows, IVRs, and custom scripts. Proven track record of successful implementations for multi-contact center deployments. Strong knowledge of E911 emergency response systems. Experience working with RedSky would be a plus Hands-on experience with system integrations (e.g., CRM platforms, third-party APIs). Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud environments and infrastructure design. Familiarity with VoIP, SIP protocols, and telecommunications systems. Certification in Five9 technologies or equivalent. Medical/hospital. CRM/Epic Experience. Verint/WVM/WFO experience. IVA experience. Outbound dialing experience a big plus
