AV Support Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical expertise, and excellent communication with both technical teams and end-users. The successful candidate will provide on-site and remote support for audio-visual and IT systems across multiple client locations. Install, configure, test, and maintain AV equipment including projectors, video conferencing systems, microphones, speakers, displays, and control systems. Diagnose and resolve AV-related issues both on-site and remotely, ensuring minimal service disruption. Requirements: Hands-on experience with AV equipment and familiarity with video conferencing platforms. Understanding of AV signal flow and integration best practices. Basic network and systems troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret AV schematics and wiring diagrams. Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar AV or field technician role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work on-call hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends. Benefits: A valid driver's license is required. Flexibility to travel on short notice.
