Key Backend Developer Position We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Backend Developer to join our team on an initial 12-month contract basis. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of our data processing pipeline. You will design and review processes that impact speed and cost efficiency. You will ensure seamless integration of all steps in our data pipeline. You will optimize the product for continuous scalability. You will deliver ongoing process improvements. You will collaborate with frontend engineers, CTO and principal software engineer. You will meet aggressive development timelines. You will own complex tasks from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of quality under pressure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using TypeScript for Backend Development and other programming languages like Python, Java, C++. They will also possess business proficiency in English, meticulous attention to detail, and proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
