Senior Backend Engineering Analyst We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineering Analyst to join our development team. As a key player in developing modern web applications, you will be responsible for creating innovative solutions and contributing to the evolution of our products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with talented teammates, adapt quickly to change, and have excellent communication skills for interpersonal relationships across different teams and hierarchical levels. You will deliver technology projects/products aligned with our strategic objectives (OKRs), collaborating with the product team to suggest and develop new functionalities. You will also architect and develop APIs for incredible conversational experiences and integrations using modern development technologies. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining scalable backend systems for a robust, global messaging platform Collaborating on distributed backend services that meet our customers' needs Mastering integrations and communications using REST APIs Practicing code versioning (Git), with experience in Pull Requests and Code Review Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Solid experience in a functional language like Elixir, Erlang, Go, Rust, or Clojure Experience developing RESTful and gRPC APIs Strong knowledge of distributed system architecture, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns Practical knowledge of Agile development methodologies Solid understanding of relational databases Experience with Unit Testing and Integration Testing Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: 100% medical and dental plans for employees and eligible dependents through Bradesco Saúde Flexible benefits, such as food, education, and home office assistance Paid maternity leave for 180 days and paternity leave for 30 days Daycare assistance for kids up to five years old Partnership with Prudential life insurance for unexpected absences, serious illness, accidents, and disabilities Why Work With Us?
