Job Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to join our team as a Modernization Engineer. As a leading Modernization Engineering company, we aim to deliver modernization-driven hypergrowth for clients based on deep differentiation created in Modernization Engineering, powered by the Lightening suite and 16-step PlatformationTM playbook. The ideal candidate will participate in Scrum Ceremonies (Daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) Gather and analyze requirements Estimate and analyze stories Design UI and DB Coding and unit testing UAT and production bug fixes Deploy code to Dev/STG Participate in release calls and resolve issues found Provide production support and resolve issues found Perform Daily/weekly production monitoring jobs Support associate developers (requirement gathering, analysis, coding, testing, and production support) Daily Project Health monitoring Essential Skills: 10+ years of experience in .NET technologies: .NET core MVC, C#, Entity Framework, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, SSIS, Kendo, AWS Preferrable knowledge on SSIS and Kendo Good working experience on DB – SQL and SQL server (Data analysis, writing complex queries, Stored procedures) Preferrable good working experience in AWS cloud (like S3, RDS, Lambda, gateway, SQS) Benefits: Mortgage / Finance domain experience is a plus Experience in working with large applications with large volume transactions is a plus Exposure to AI-driven development and unit testing activities Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP) Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring, and unit testing Experience with Linux and open-source software is a plus AWS Environment - EC2, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Containers, API Gateway experience highly preferred Exposure to AI-driven development and QA activities (highly preferred)
