Job Description Tax Compliance Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax legislation and regulations, with experience in implementing and maintaining tax systems. Responsibilities: Indirect Tax Management : Manage the company's indirect tax obligations, including ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and withholding taxes. Review and Analysis : Review and analyze tax calculation worksheets to ensure accurate assessment and compliance. Issuance of Tax Forms : Issue tax payment forms for ICMS, IPI, ICMS-ST, PIS, and COFINS. Support New Business Operations : Provide support to new business operations to ensure compliance with ancillary obligations, such as GIA, SPED, GIA-ST, EFD-Contributions, and REINF. Monitoring and Analysis : Monitor and analyze changes in tax legislation to ensure compliance. Requirements Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. Advanced English language skills. Experience with integrated ERP systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Desirable experience with tax parameter settings in ERP systems. Solid understanding of tax legislation: ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and withholding taxes.
