Key Roles: Expert Front-end Developer We are seeking an exceptional front-end developer with strong expertise in React and Strapi to lead our digital front-end experience. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for rebuilding and enhancing our website and Headless CMS ecosystem. Your main objectives include: Designing and developing fast, scalable, and reliable front-end solutions using React and Strapi. Rebuilding, refining, and optimizing existing website sections to maximize performance and conversion. Maintaining Core Web Vitals in the green by utilizing real-user monitoring and observability tools. Creating and managing content structures, schemas, and data models in Strapi v5. Integrating CMS features with analytics and marketing tools such as Vercel, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot APIs, and Google Analytics. Automating deployment workflows and repetitive development tasks to improve efficiency. Collaborating closely with design, content, and product teams to ensure seamless execution. Ensuring accurate tracking, strong server response performance, and a high-quality user experience across all devices. Evaluating and responsibly incorporating AI-assisted development tools that enhance productivity without compromising code quality. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building front-end applications with React. Advanced experience working with Headless CMS platforms, particularly Strapi (v4+; v5 preferred). Proficiency with Vercel, GitHub, continuous deployment, and server-side integrations. Solid understanding of API configuration and consumption within Headless CMS environments. Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and deploy fixes in real-time production environments. Demonstrated experience improving conversion rates and running A/B testing experiments. Strong knowledge of analytics tools and CMS integrations. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Bonus Skills: Experience integrating and customizing HubSpot APIs. Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and performance-driven digital strategies. Previous experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
