We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our team in Brazil.

This position will play a crucial role in providing executive reporting support to the Finance & Planning Head and CFO of the company.

Additionally, there will be a significant interface with the Korea headquarters, making fluency in Korean essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the Finance & Planning Head and CFO of the Company
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes
  • Coordinate with the Korea headquarters to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide support in financial forecasting processes
  • Manage a team of junior analysts and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (Accounting preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously Fluency in Korean and proficiency in English.
