We are looking for a Enterprise Architect , who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid , in the city of São Paulo . In this role you will: The Enterprise Architect will be centrally responsible for the strategic definition and implementation of Canada's enterprise architecture, working from the design and governance of systems to the integration of technological platforms and operational mining processes. Its mission is to translate business objectives into modern, secure and scalable architectures, aligned with international standards and the automation, sustainability and innovation goals of the group. This professional will work in partnership with the global Enterprise Architect and cross-functional areas (IT, Operations, Engineering, ESG), ensuring that each solution offers efficient integration between on-premises, cloud, and industrial automation environments. He will have a profound influence on technology decisions, playing an advisory role with Canadian and Brazilian leadership, promoting a collaborative, innovative and results-oriented environment. To succeed, you must demonstrate strategic vision, technical leadership, exceptional intercultural communication skills, and mastery of regulatory requirements in both Canada and Brazil. Main Responsibilities Define, document and evolve integrated Enterprise Architecture models (business, applications, data, technology), using frameworks such as TOGAF/Archi Mate and aligning with the strategic demands of mining, sustainability and digital transformation. Act as a technical reference, leading cross-functional teams, promoting the consolidation of solutions between IT, OT and industrial automation, ensuring adherence to global corporate standards. Evaluate and validate new technologies, platforms, services and methods (Cloud, Edge Computing, Digital Twins, Io T, Analytics, Cybersecurity), always considering the best practices in the mineral and natural resources sector. Develop and maintain architectural criteria that prioritize security, regulatory compliance (LGPD, PIPEDA, GDPR), performance, sustainability and operational integration between Canada and Brazil. Prepare detailed documentation (LLD/HLD, reference architectures, guidelines), transferring knowledge and mentoring technical and business teams both locally and internationally. Lead communication between technical, operations, engineering, and global leaders, promoting efficient collaboration and respecting cultural differences. Continuously analyze technological, regulatory and business trends, proposing standards and improvements that position as an international reference in sustainable and digital mining. Participate directly in the supplier selection/merger processes, prioritizing interoperability, innovation and return on investment in critical projects. Requirements and Competencies Essential Requirements (Hard Skills) Proven experience (minimum of 8 years in IT, with at least 5 as an enterprise architect or similar strategic role in Large Enterprise or mining/resources). Deep knowledge of the mineral, energy or industrial sector, preferably previous experience in large global operations (e.g., Petrobras, Rio Tinto, Barrick Gold, Anglo American). Mastery of the main enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF: Practitioner, Archi Mate, Zachman, DAMA-DMBOK). Excellence in the use of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data platforms, cross-system integration (ERP SAP/Oracle, SCADA, IIo T, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse). Ability to design hybrid architectures (on-premises, cloud, edge), industrial data integration (sensing, automation, dashboards, analytics). Strong performance in compliance, industrial cybersecurity (OT/IT Convergence), data protection, disaster recovery and business continuity. Experience in multinational/cross-border projects, especially Brazil-Canada. Fluent English (technical communication, executive meetings, documentation), advanced Portuguese is a strategic differential for integration between teams. Soft Skills Advanced communication skills, capable of transmitting complex technical concepts to different audiences (executives, engineers, IT, business). Global strategic vision, aligning local and global initiatives with corporate objectives in sustainable mining, innovation and automation. Analytical and solution-oriented thinking, with high ability to navigate complex, multifunctional and multicultural environments. Collaborative leadership – mentoring, consensus building, influence without direct authority, and excellent internal/external networking skills. Management of priorities, organization and resilience in the face of multiple parallel projects and ad-hoc demands. Absolute focus on results, delivering tangible value for operation, innovation and sustainability. Differentials / Nice to Have: TOGAF (Expert) certification, AWS/Azure/GCP Solution Architect, CISA, PMP/Agile, specializations in ESG, digital mining, cyber OT/IT. Hands-on experience with emerging platforms: Digital Twins, AI/ML/Ops, real-time streaming (Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink), infrastructures as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation). Experience in due diligence processes, merger & acquisition, integration of multi-company systems. Active participation in architecture forums, mining, global events, technical publications or international presentations. Background with SAP, Oracle, SIEMENS, Rockwell, GE Predix, Azure Io T/Edge/Analytics solutions, sustainability frameworks and ESG reporting. Expected Skills & Deliverables, Impact: Align the needs of global business, Canada and Brazil with the vision of enterprise architecture and technological roadmap. Ensure that all solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, performance, regulatory compliance and operational excellence. To be an agent of transformation and innovation, proposing disruptive solutions to digital and operational challenges in the mining sector. Mentor and develop technical capacity of the teams, promoting architecture culture, documentation and standardization. Lead the preparation and presentation of business cases, technical justifications and architectural alternatives to senior executives and regional and global boards. Organize, sustain and evolve architecture governance, support strategic decisions and ensure the permanent alignment of solutions with business objectives and international compliance. Additional Comments: This is a key role in Canada's technological and cultural transformation, requiring active action in multicultural environments, with flexibility for travel, meetings in different time zones and continuous adaptation to trends in the mining sector and global architecture. The presence of fluent English is mandatory, while mastery of Portuguese enhances Brazil-Canada integration, directly impacting the success of the project.
