Job Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Solution Architect for Enterprise Support . This is a hands-on position that involves both full-stack development and customer-facing support. The ideal candidate will work closely with one major enterprise customer, gathering requirements, developing and shipping customer-specific features, resolving issues, and keeping the customer updated through calls and messages. Design and deliver customized solutions tailored to a large enterprise customer's needs. Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution services. Communicate directly with the customer via phone and email. Collaborate within engineering sprints and coordinate with internal teams. Maintain clear, fluent English communication at all times. Requirements Fluent English (spoken and written). Senior-level experience in full-stack JavaScript development. Familiarity with structured team sprint environments. Background working with complex implementations and enterprise customers. Able to thrive in a mixed engineering and support role. Strong teamwork and self-motivation skills.
