Optimize Billing and Receivables Operations A leading organization is seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee end-to-end billing operations. This role requires strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and compliant billing processes from start to finish. Develop regional financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Collaborate with operational teams to identify process improvements. Lead quality assurance initiatives to maintain high productivity standards. Resolve complex billing discrepancies in a timely manner. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members. Requirements: Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or related field. At least 8 years of progressive experience in billing/accounts receivable. 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams. Expertise in Brazilian billing processes and tax compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and English language.
