At Blinq Tecnologia, we're on the lookout for a skilled professional to join our team as a Retail Development Specialist. Job Description: We're seeking a results-driven Retail Supervisor who can lead the development and execution of training programs for promoters and retail partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising store staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold brand excellence across all points of sale. Key Responsibilities: Training Program Development : Create and implement comprehensive training programs for retailers, covering basic training, product knowledge, sales techniques, and more. Partner Staff Training : Collaborate with retail partners (Fastshop, Magalu, Casas Bahia, etc.) to provide in-store training for sales assistants, ensuring they're equipped to sell realme products effectively. Store Display Management : Ensure that realme products are displayed attractively in each store, working closely with main stores to secure prime display positions. Sales Assistant Evaluation : Develop and manage evaluation mechanisms to track KPI performance, gather feedback, and conduct regular exams and assessments. Requirements: Experience : A minimum of 3 years in retail training or sales management, with experience in managing sales assistant teams. Skills : Excellent communication, expression, and team motivation skills, with the ability to lead teams and deliver effective training. Languages : Fluency in English (Chinese - Mandarin is a plus). Travel : Availability to travel for work, visiting stores in São Paulo and neighboring cities.
