Virtual Assistant

We're looking for a full-time virtual assistant to join our growing team. This is a research and data entry role paying $6.50/hr. USD. No real estate experience required, but you must be detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy. We operate in a fast-moving environment and rely heavily on AI tools, so the ideal candidate is resourceful, reliable, organized, and excited to work with technology.
Qualifications
- Excellent internet connection
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail and task tracking
- Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to follow step-by-step instructions and SOPs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Willing to invest in proper setup (dual monitors, fast computer, etc.)
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 9:30am–6:30pm EST
- Spanish fluency (written and spoken) – Desired, but not required
