Purchasing Coordinator We are seeking a professional to manage and coordinate purchasing processes. This role involves ensuring efficient execution of material and service acquisitions, supporting the organization's strategy, and maintaining compliance, cost control, and strong supplier relationships. Coordinate purchasing activities, adhering to internal policies, deadlines, quality standards, and budget. Support the implementation of purchasing strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's financial and operational objectives. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable commercial terms, in accordance with established guidelines. Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance, delivery times, and quality standards. Monitor prices, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the purchasing function. Lead and guide the purchasing team, allocating demands, monitoring results, and promoting continuous process improvement. Ensure proper execution of purchase orders in the system, as well as documentary and contractual compliance. Support initiatives to reduce costs and optimize spending without compromising product or service quality. Collaborate with internal areas to meet business needs. Contribute to the review and update of purchasing policies, procedures, and workflows, ensuring adherence to best practices. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, with involvement in process or team coordination. Strong negotiation, organizational, and cost analysis skills. Knowledge of purchasing management systems (ERP) and Supply Chain processes. English language proficiency desirable. Benefits: Health insurance. Transportation allowance. Meal and/or food allowance.
