What will you be doing?

We are seeking a highly skilled Art Director to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the creative teams and project managers. The Art Director is responsible for conceptualizing and producing print collateral and Photoshop renders based on pre-defined visual language guides across various formats. The materials produced will support multi-channel product launch campaigns. A strong print media and telecommunications background is a plus for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create retail deliverables for our clients;
  • Conceptualize and execute high-quality POS print materials, including but not limited to brochures, posters, window clings, and store displays;
  • Render mock-ups for internal and client reviews and package files for print with all needed elements following the brand guidelines;
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with other art directors, production managers, and vendors to develop and troubleshoot layouts for the mechanical execution process;
  • Act as a local guardian of brand guidelines;
  • Problem-solve and think quickly on your feet to deliver quick turnarounds when required, thriving in a fast-paced environment;
  • Collaborate with the telecommunications team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials tailored to the telecom industry.

Skills needed

  • Extensive experience in print production and layout design;
  • Strong computer application competency, Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Figma knowledge is a plus;
  • Proven experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus;
  • Relevant production experience in a fast-paced environment is a must;
  • Production of digital/print materials and advertising projects;
  • A keen eye for detail and the technical know-how to get the job done;
  • Strong layout skills and organizational abilities;
  • Ensuring consistency throughout various brands and marketing projects within those brands;
  • Ability to follow specific requirements, guidelines, and timelines set forth by the Project Manager;
  • Ability to shift priorities on short notice;
  • Respond quickly to requests;
  • English proficiency;
  • Positive attitude with a team player mentality.
