Quality Assurance Specialist Our organization is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our high-performing engineering team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. The ideal candidate will go beyond writing and executing test cases, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to predict defects, optimize test coverage, and accelerate delivery. Key responsibilities include utilizing AI-driven tools to generate, maintain, and optimize test cases, test data, and test automation against applications running on the Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will also strategically prioritize and drive forward the QA practice with a high degree of autonomy, identifying and proposing strategies for technical and testing problems affecting the team. Additional responsibilities include championing the use of AI to automate repetitive and time-consuming QA tasks, managing and mitigating technical and testing risk across projects, and leveraging predictive analytics to identify defect-prone areas and prioritize risk-based testing. This is a fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
