Onsite – São Paulo, Brazil
Contract
Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Create clear and concise documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, process flows, and user stories.
• Utilize JIRA to manage tasks, requirements, and issue tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support QA teams with requirements validation and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) as needed.
• Conduct regular meetings with business units and technology teams to ensure alignment and progress tracking
Required Skills:
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or software development environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA for project and requirements tracking.
• Proficient in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Technical Documentation.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
