About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a Risk and Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing statistical and AI/ML models for credit and collections. You will work closely with our IT department to create and improve structured data, perform data maintenance and management, and consult on best practices for data retention. Additionally, you will provide and present results of analyses in the form of graphs, charts, and tables to management, peers, and audit reviews. The ideal candidate will have a master's or bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline and experience working in Azure Databricks and/or SAS, AWS, Python, and other software languages. Experience in data querying dashboard development and building presentations for delivering results to stakeholders is also essential. Responsibilities: Develop and implement statistical and AI/ML models for credit and collections Provide data-driven solutions to stakeholders within the business Perform ad hoc analyses of business situations, systems, issues, and problems Work with IT to create/improve and keep structured data, perform data maintenance and management Provide and present results of analyses in the form of graphs, charts, and tables Validation and monitoring of risk tools and their application in underwriting, collection, or other user areas Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A master's or bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or related fields Experience working in Azure Databricks and/or SAS, AWS, Python, and other software languages Experience in data querying dashboard development Experience in building presentations for delivering results to stakeholders This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about risk analysis and digital transformation.
