We're a fast-growing Facebook ad agency that grew this year from 20 clients under management to 40+. We have a team of 9 people.

We have high standards in terms of who we work with which creates a rewarding environment for people that want to perform. We take an active interest in their development and provide them with all training material and information that they need.

The position is remote. We have clear structures and training materials in place so the right person can learn fast. Everyone is respectful in order to assure high team morale. We provide extensive, respectful feedback to allow people to improve as much as possible.

How do you know if you'll do well in this role?

Do you work best when you can focus without constant interruption? Are you comfortable working alone 80% of the time but ready for team sync-ups when needed? 

Do you communicate about blockers without needing constant interaction?

Do you feel satisfied when you complete tasks and see them through to the end? 

If you answered these questions with "yes" this might be a good fit.

Your day-to-day work involves designing images for client ads and designing or editing videos for client ads.

Your salary depends on your level of productivity, experience and quality of work.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • At least 5 years any full-time work experience in any field
  • At least 1 year of motion design experience

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in a process driven environment

You need to be available during regular Central European work hours. This is a part-time freelance position.
