This includes managing all in-country stakeholders and supervising AEPW staff, consultants, and contractors. Main Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive country strategy aligned with AEPW's global Strategy 2030. Ensure that projects drive system-level transformation, focusing on replication and scaling. Anticipate regulatory, political, and market shifts to adapt strategy proactively. Key Performance Indicators: 80–90% of projects achieve system-level transformation. 10–20% focus on pilots for learning, impact generation, or stakeholder engagement. Job Requirements: Critical Skills: Strategic thinking and planning. Leadership and team management. Collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Regulatory and market analysis. Desirable Qualifications: Masters degree in international development, business administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years experience in program management, leadership roles.
