We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Talent Acquisition Specialist This role is ideal for an organised individual who excels at finding, assessing, and onboarding top creative and production talent. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and attracting top talent across global markets Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to screening, interviews, assessments, and onboarding Building strong talent pools for high-demand roles Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine talent profiles Conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit Maintaining organised applicant pipelines and recruitment dashboards Implementing scalable sourcing strategies using modern recruitment tools Communicating effectively with candidates to ensure a positive experience Requirements: 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing (creative, agency, or tech experience preferred) Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools Ability to assess creative and operational talent across multiple specialties Clear and confident communication in English, able to manage candidate expectations and present opportunities effectively Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple roles at once A positive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment Benefits of Joining Our Team: A supportive and collaborative work environment Ongoing training and development opportunities The chance to work with a talented team of professionals A competitive salary and benefits package Why This Role is Perfect for You: You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our organisation.
