Job Overview The Overseas Sales Manager - Feed/Nutrition Direction role requires a strong understanding of the company's processes and systems. Executing the business strategy and annual plan developed by the department. Organizing resources to achieve sales targets. Developing regional market plans and implementing specific implementation strategies. Understanding customer needs and identifying potential customers. Key responsibilities also include: Visiting key customers in the region. Coordinating product trials and technical support. Managing sales expenses effectively. Establishing necessary cross-departmental business connections. Qualifications required include: At least BSc. in Biochemical or Bioengineering or any relevant fields with minimum 5 years working experience in enzyme industry. Proficiency in basic knowledge of all products and services. Excellent sales etiquette and ability to grasp customer psychology. Able to think from the customer's perspective and possess strong sales abilities. As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
