Senior Software Engineer Job We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software product lines. You will have the autonomy to make important decisions about systems and processes while receiving support and guidance along the way. You'll enjoy working in a flexible remote environment where mutual respect is a key ingredient. Key Responsibilities Design and develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern software development practices Analyze and resolve production issues impacting uptime, stability, or performance Profile and optimize code, database queries, and API interactions to improve response times and scalability Collaborate with Product and QA teams to enhance reliability and maintainability of core systems Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance tuning initiatives Required Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of strong experience as a software engineer in a SaaS or cloud-based environment Strong computer science foundation in algorithms Experience working on enterprise web application development Experience with Ruby and/or Golang Proficiency with developing SaaS-based applications for any central cloud platform Benefits You will enjoy working in a flexible remote environment where mutual respect is a key ingredient.
