Job Title Head Of Operations Description Directly manage LX operational teams, starting with Customer Support, with Teaching to be added later. This will involve overseeing the daily operations of these teams and ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively. Design and implement efficient operational processes and structures to ensure stable performance in the region. This may involve streamlining existing processes, implementing new ones, and making adjustments as needed. Set up, monitor, and improve KPIs as well as motivational frameworks for Team Leaders and their teams to achieve regional goals. This will help to drive team performance and productivity. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure quality through tools such as performance analytics, QA frameworks, checklists, and roadmaps. This will help to identify areas for improvement and ensure that the team is working towards common goals. Manage team budgets and ensure cost efficiency. This may involve monitoring expenses, identifying areas where costs can be reduced, and implementing cost-saving measures. Requirements Management experience: We are looking for an experienced manager who has managed operational teams of over 50 people. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple team leaders and heads. Industry experience: We require candidates with experience in Sales, Contact Center, and Customer Support. Language proficiency: English and Portuguese proficiency is required. Candidates should have a strong understanding of operational processes and procedures and be able to implement changes to drive business results.
