Job Title: Commercial Coordinator Distributors Department: Commercial Travel Retail/Distributors Location: South Cone (Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, Brazil) Remote Company Overview Dolce & Gabbana is a globally renowned luxury fashion and beauty brand, celebrated for its heritage, innovation, and craftsmanship. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Travel Retail team based in Miami, with a focus on key accounts in the U.S. Travel Retail/Distributors channel. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales analysis, retail operations, and account management within a luxury brand environment. Job Overview The Commercial Coordinator will support the Key Account Manager/Area Manager in the day-to-day management of our business across key retailers/distributors. The role involves a mix of sales tracking, operational coordination, and support for commercial initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams in Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Support Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing weekly and monthly sales reports. Support in the analysis of sell-out data to identify key trends and business opportunities. Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends. Support with tracking current pricing trends in various international markets. Operational Support Help coordinate product orders with internal teams and clients. Assist with tracking and maintaining forecast accuracy, as well as updating forecasts as agreed with Key Account Manager/Area Manager. Administrative Tasks Prepare meeting decks and business presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Update and maintain key account files and databases. Support in projects related to sales, operations, and brand initiatives on the Travel Retail channel. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong interest in the luxury beauty, retail or distributor industry. Experience with managing P&L Analysis, Gross to Net P&L Analysis Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; confident working with data. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English
