Position: Financial Operations Associate Location: 100% Remote Compensation: R$ 4,500 (BRL) per month Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Operations Associate to support our clients with financial reporting, bookkeeping, and data-driven insights. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, clear dashboards, and reliable information for decision-making across an international client base. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain financial dashboards for clients, providing clear visibility into performance, cash flow, and key metrics Review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, including transaction classification and reconciliation Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records Support monthly and periodic financial reviews Identify discrepancies or issues in financial data and report them to the team Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and reporting quality Requirements: Experience with bookkeeping and financial reporting Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work with financial data and dashboards Comfortable working with accounting software and spreadsheets Ability to communicate financial information clearly and professionally Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Portuguese proficiency is required Self-driven, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks Nice to Have: Experience working with international or U.S.-based clients Familiarity with virtual CFO or financial consulting environments Why Join Us: Fully remote role with flexibility Work with international clients across multiple markets Hands-on experience in financial operations and reporting Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced financial services group If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working with financial data in an international environment, we’d love to hear from you.
