Business Intelligence Analyst We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and modernizing dashboard environments, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling business teams to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, with experience working with Power BI or Tableau, ETL and DWH concepts, data modeling, documentation, and user support. This position requires collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, as well as the ability to validate and test dashboards for data accuracy and user requirements. A key requirement is the ability to document metadata, data definitions, lineage, and transformation logic, as well as develop user guides and provide ad-hoc analysis support. Key Responsibilities: Analyzing and documenting dashboards and data products ('as-is' and 'to-be' landscapes) Data exploration, profiling, and gap analysis Knowledge of ETL and Data Warehouse concepts Power BI data modeling skills (Tableau experience also considered) Validating and testing dashboards for data accuracy and user requirements Collaborating and communicating with business stakeholders Documenting metadata, data definitions, lineage, and transformation logic Developing user guides and providing ad-hoc analysis support Requirements Summary: To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should also have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
