Lead AI Development In this strategic role, you'll oversee the design and integration of large language model-driven agents, create modular toolchains, and ensure seamless orchestration across enterprise-grade research applications. Orchestrate AI/MCP-based systems, including knowledge of benchmarking and guardrails. Mandatory Skills: Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), API integration, and LLM orchestration; Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring AI pipelines; English proficiency is mandatory; Agent orchestration using Model Context Protocol (MCP); Advanced expertise in Python, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, or similar frameworks; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Data Science, IT, or a closely related field. Desirable Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary research environment; Experienced generative AI engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable multi-agent systems.
