Job Title: Financial Planning and Management Specialist The role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, organization, and management to ensure accurate recording and preparation of financial statements. It includes monitoring and controlling all economic transactions to guarantee proper administration of the company's resources, while ensuring full compliance with applicable legislation, policies, and best practices in financial management. Define the financial policy to be followed by the Company in consultation and agreement with superiors. Budget cash flow and determine critical moments. Ensure and supervise the generation of reports to General Management and the corporate channel. Arrange for internal audits, periodic inventory counts, etc. Supervise the calculation process of standard costs for the Company's various products. Control compliance with tax and labor obligations. Advise General Management on matters within their professional scope. Train, promote, and motivate staff members. Identify needs and develop a training plan for the area, submitting it to the HR Department. Know, comply with, and help disseminate the policies of the Integrated Management System regarding Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and Responsible Environmental Care. Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff members. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
