Job Title: Chief Operating Officer - Senior Leadership Position Description: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) who can step into the CEO role in the near future. This is a strategic leadership position for an all-rounder who combines operational expertise with commercial strength. About the Role: The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, profitability, and growth while preparing to lead the organisation at the highest level. Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end operations, implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with global standards, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, building strong relationships with key clients and partners, negotiating major contracts and pricing strategies, managing regional P&L, and delivering performance reports to the global board. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need 12+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within freight forwarding or logistics, a proven track record in operational management and commercial strategy, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred) is also required. Why Choose Us? Monitor KPIs and deliver performance reports to the global board. Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire operational and commercial teams. Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession planning.
