Principais atribuições:
- Impulsionar a resolução de problemas tomando decisões críticas que podem afetar o processamento de vários clientes;
- Investigar proativamente condições de erro conhecidas e desconhecidas e segue os procedimentos prescritos de correção de erros quando eles se aplicam;
- Executar funções de monitoramento e gerenciamento operacional para hardware e software associados dentro do ambiente de processamento 24x7;
- Manter o desempenho máximo em plena capacidade para todos os sistemas;
- Seguir procedimentos de trabalho novos/melhorados quando apropriado, testa e implementa mudanças de programas e/ou sistemas, responde a problemas de processamento e exerce bom senso para fazer ajustes de processamento impactantes para o cliente;
- Reconhecer condições de processamento anormais e toma decisões de resposta apropriadas;
- Seguir procedimentos de escalonamento, quando apropriado, para resolver erros em tempo hábil;
- Fazer uso da documentação disponível para resolver erros e identificar/implementar lacunas de documentação;
- Reconhecer e implementar/automatizar melhorias de processos;
- Monitorar e responder de acordo com uma série de mensagens geradas pelo sistema e aplicativo;
- Responder em tempo hábil a perguntas e solicitações de chamadas recebidas e tickets de incidentes;
- Analisar problemas/tendências com sistemas e aplicações clientes e toma medidas para evitar recorrência;
- Atuar em projetos internos e externos de diversos portes e complexidade;
- Contribuir para as abordagens existentes e desenvolve novas soluções para o ambiente de TI;
- Outras tarefas relacionadas atribuídas, conforme necessário.
Requisitos necessários:
- Conhecimento em Meios de Pagamentos;
- Experiência em ISO 8583;
- Experiência em linguagem C++;
- Conhecimento em Linux;
- Gerenciamento de hardware e software em ambiente de processamento 24x7, a fim de garantir o máximo desempenho em plena capacidade;
- Reconhecer condições de processamento anormais e responder adequadamente para resolver erros em tempo hábil;
- Conhecimento da indústria de serviços financeiros e sistemas operacionais de mainframe e/ou sistemas abertos;
- Capacidade de usar ferramentas e recursos de controle de produção para analisar e responder a todos os erros de processamento do sistema.
