Professional US company is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to create captivating ad creatives that stop the scroll. The ideal candidate will have impeccable taste, a deep understanding of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce landscape, and experience working with e-commerce brands or within a performance marketing agency. Responsibilities include: Create high-conversion ad creatives for paid social platforms. Conduct ongoing research on competitor ads and market trends to identify effective visual concepts. Develop multiple iterations of creative concepts, testing variations in typography, visual hierarchy, and layout. Maintain organized files, asset libraries, and version control for efficient creative production. Requirements: Previous experience working with e-commerce brands or within a performance marketing agency. A portfolio showcasing real creatives used in live campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Asana, Slack, and Meta Ad Library. Professional English language skills (B2/C1+). Strong typography skills demonstrated through the portfolio.
