SwipeLabs.io is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, particularly in managing paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions for our tech startup & ecommerce clients. Experience working with DTC and CPG apps, and tech startups is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to achieve key performance metrics and business objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Create and manage campaigns, ad groups, and ad creatives, including A/B testing and ongoing optimization to improve ad performance.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data and provide regular reporting on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to continuously refine advertising strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, design, and product to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization techniques, including bid management, audience segmentation, and ad creative testing.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new ideas and strategies to drive results.

Experience working with DTC and CPG products, apps, and tech startups is a significant advantage.
