Highlights:
ADM has undertaken a major business transformation and business systems modernization program, with SAP S/4 HANA as its core supporting technology. This role will be the overall PMO responsible for a release/deployment within the program and will work with senior business and GT stakeholders at the enterprise and regional level to ensure successful planning and execution of the release/deployment.
The candidate should be highly experienced leader who drives transformational and strategic program success by instilling confidence, throughout a coalition of partnerships, and delivering exceptional results with the optimal mix of people, process, and technology. They will work to have the trust of business and technology leaders and guide one of ADM’s most important initiatives to successful completion.
Job Responsibilities:
Leads the most complex enterprise programs, coordinates multiple program and project managers, and drives to deliver the program's scope and outcomes with an ability to navigate complicated risks, multi-tenant constraints, and various stakeholder interest
Able to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including senior executives and external partners
Drives collaboration at all levels of the program
Creates an environment where all team member and stakeholders’ voices are heard, so that continuous improvement and effective delivery become embedded into teams' daily ways of working.
Acts as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support in proactively managing program risks as well as professional development and career growth
Manages and proactively identifies adjustments needed within the triple constraints (scope, cost, time) at the program level
Establishes clear expectations and leverages the appropriate communication channel(s) with key stakeholders to drive successful program delivery.
Focus on building and maintaining a positive and collaborative team culture promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Responsible for the feasibility and driving the execution of the release work plan for approved scope
Accountable for successfully meeting entry/exit stage gate criteria
Accountable for timely management of release risks, issues and escalations
Accountable for managing the staffing plan and open roles management
Accountable for managing release workstream leads and their deliverables
Accountable for applying program methodology and operating model to drive delivery excellence
Accountable for the completeness and accuracy of release change requests for approval consideration
Required Skills & Differentiators:
Hybrid position: 3 days on site, 2 days remote.
Advanced English is a must have – since the role will report directly to USA
SAP knowledge will be a plus
Industries background will be a plus
Proven experience working in large-scale, cross-functional and highly complex business transformation programs and system integration
Proven experience leading multiple teams simultaneously, estimate developments, large system implementations and having worked with remote team members to accomplish project objectives.
Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills, including the ability to mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages with grace, and execute with limited information and ambiguity
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision
Strong influencing and negotiation skills, including the ability to navigate in a highly matrixed organization effectively
