Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging ad technologies. Essential Qualifications: Proven experience in paid media buying and performance marketing. Strong knowledge of analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Ads Manager. Ability to balance creative thinking with ROI-driven execution. Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience. Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation, or interest in innovation is a plus.
