Key Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer with advanced technical expertise to drive the evolution of a large-scale identity and access management platform. This is a senior development-focused position (approx. 90% coding, 10% DevOps) that requires the ability to take broad ownership and craft software solutions while ensuring operational integrity. Investigate and resolve complex system problems that span multiple services, systems or environments. Acquaint yourself with unfamiliar large codebases, often with limited prior documentation. Coach and mentor other engineers in software architecture, debugging methodologies and technical design. Collaborate with DevOps and QA functions to identify issues across deployment pipelines, APIs and operational environments. Refactor and enhance existing modules to improve performance, reliability and maintainability. Create and maintain documentation of key technical findings and build diagnostic frameworks that can be reused. Required Expertise Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. Experience with complex system architectures and large-scale software development. Ability to investigate and resolve non-trivial system problems. Strong coaching and mentoring skills to guide junior engineers. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
