As a Senior UI Designer , you will collaborate closely with UX Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers to define and deliver world-class interfaces that align with our brand and design systems. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a critical role in elevating product quality, driving design consistency, and mentoring fellow designers.

How your day-to-day work will look like:

• Develop and deliver work from initial concepts and wireframes to pixel-perfect designs.
• Play a key role in creative brainstorming on a wide range of digital experiences.
• Inspire and push the team to continually raise the bar and deliver world-class experiences.
• Contribute and help develop a best-in-class design system.
• Partner with developers to deliver experiences with a seamless fit and finish.

This would make you the ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ Years of experience working in UI or visual design for digital products, with a strong portfolio of enterprise or SaaS applications.
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
• Proven success working within or contributing to design systems at scale.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable presenting design rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience conducting or leveraging user testing to validate visual and interaction decisions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI work for complex digital products, especially enterprise or SaaS tools.
• Fluency in Figma, with experience designing and maintaining reusable components.
• Strong visual design foundation: layout, color, typography, and hierarchy.
• Experience with Service Design thinking and mapping UI to user journeys.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to mentor and give constructive feedback to junior designers.
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
