Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work on high-impact projects for fast-growing SaaS and cybersecurity companies. As a Product Designer at Uitify, you will collaborate with talented designers and technologists to deliver intuitive, scalable product experiences in fast-paced, startup environments. You will lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design; Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions; Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance; Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience; Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs; Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite; Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team. Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience in product design, with a portfolio that showcases your expertise; Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction; Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations; Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision; Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
