Job Title: Accounting Team Lead Job Description The accounting team lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting operations. This includes ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting, payroll, contractor payments, and invoicing. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll and contractor payments, maintaining healthy cash flow through effective invoicing and accounts receivable processes, leading the setup and optimization of financial tools like QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets, and collaborating with leadership to design and implement process improvements and automation initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills At least 5 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and financial operations Hands-on experience with Stripe and QuickBooks Online Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Experience with SQL, LLMs, or automation tools is a plus
