Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for training and empowering local first-level agents and key secondary customers on products and solutions. You will collaborate with foreign customer advisors within the region to assist the sales team in providing localized technical support. You will participate in regional marketing activities and cooperate with the marketing team to promote regional exhibitions. You will conduct competitive analysis in the region in collaboration with the sales team, taking into account regional competitors. You will participate in the creation of regional benchmark projects, and promote project implementation or case studies within the region. You will provide technical support for key projects of major integrators, including requirements gathering, tender response, solution output, function customization, and POC. You will visit customers together with the sales team, collect market demands, and connect with the back-end product team to meet customers' common needs and continuously enhance the company's product competitiveness. You will have the ability to organize requirements and output solutions, possess good presentation skills, and have strong summarization abilities. Requirements English proficiency is required for work purposes. Overseas work experience is preferred. At least 3 years of experience in the electronics products industry and pre-sales experience is preferred. Good at communication, willing to share, strong in execution, and have a spirit of teamwork. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering (such as computer science, communication, electronics, automation, etc.) or English language background. Ambitious, resilient, sociable, and willing to travel overseas.
