Our AI organization is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Model Developer. The ideal candidate will create, refine, and implement sophisticated ML/LLM models that automate complex problem-solving and deliver insightful results. Key responsibilities include: Designing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying ML/LLM models for production environments. Building robust knowledge graph pipelines using vector databases and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP. Developing techniques for effective LLM interaction optimization and safety. Collaborating with data engineers to maintain data pipelines for large-scale machine learning workloads. Conducting feature engineering and embeddings generation on structured and unstructured data sets. Implementing model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies. Exploring emerging architectures and multi-agent orchestration patterns. Cross-functionally collaborating with research and development, data science, product, and engineering teams. Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to best practices in machine learning engineering.
