Production Planning and Management Specialist

Job Title: Expert in SAP Production Planning and Management We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Production Planning and Management expert. This role will involve configuring and supporting SAP PPDS for optimized production planning, collaborating with manufacturing teams to improve supply chain efficiency, translating business requirements into SAP functional specifications, performing unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring compliance with IT change management standards (ITIL), including documentation and user training. Responsibilities: Configure and support SAP PPDS for optimized production planning Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve supply chain efficiency Translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Ensure compliance with IT change management standards (ITIL), including documentation and user training Required Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of PPDS, Digital Manufacturing and Quality Management design and configuration in SAP Knowledge of SAP MM/PP design and configuration Experience leading teams of analysts and directing work of others Understanding of integration points between PPDS, Digital Manufacturing and Quality modules of SAP Experience leading complex projects and coordinating work amongst a cross-functional team Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of production Planning configuration in SAP S/4 Fiori Environment Experience in a hands-on technical role such as technical project management, systems development, or similar roles 2+ years of experience serving as a subject matter expert in a capacity that is relevant to the area this role will focus/support Ability to assist with the implementation of project and systems delivery methodologies Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to changing end-user business needs Language Requirement: Advanced English Additional Requirement: Availability to relocate to Mexico after 3 months and remain there for the duration of the contract Why Choose Us?
