The Airtable Analyst/Project Coordinator role requires collaboration with resource managers to track plans, schedule meetings and coordinate updates with stakeholders. Maintaining and updating Airtable based on input from various teams involves creating and managing runbooks in Confluence and troubleshooting technical tools and applications as needed. This position demands a strong focus on process improvement, analyzing feedback from the field and other teams to implement changes that ensure alignment across hiring managers, technical managers and leadership. Three years of professional experience is required, with at least one year of experience with Airtable. A strong technical aptitude with a developer mindset is necessary. Excellent organizational and project management skills are also essential. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
