Job Description As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the core systems that power our client. You will work closely with data pipelines, API integrations, and service orchestration to deliver high-quality solutions. Our ideal candidate is an experienced backend engineer with a strong passion for delivering complex projects on time. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a remote team environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented engineers and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and committed to excellence. Required Skills and Qualifications English Communication: Strong English writing, verbal, and communication skills. Backend Engineering Experience: 3–6 years of experience in backend engineering in a SaaS or product-focused environment. Programming Language: Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar). Database Management: Solid experience with SQL databases and RESTful API design. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS (Lambda, S3, ECS, or similar) and containerization (Docker). Security and Architecture: Understanding of authentication, data security, and multi-tenant architecture principles. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills. What We Offer Competitive Pay: This will be a PJ hire with competitive pay in USD. Remote Work: 100% remote work.
