This role involves working with Coupa solutions to design, configure, document, test, and deliver intelligent automation for source to pay processes. The successful candidate will have technical & functional configuration knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in SAP Source to Pay, including Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, and Collaborative Supply Chain & Procurement Materials Management, Materials Management (Direct and Indirect). The responsibilities of this role include: Designing and configuring Coupa solutions for source to pay processes, including global Coupa configuration, approval workflow, custom field setup for transactions, chart of account, PO forms, catalog, supplier, item, user setup, security roles, and permissions. Implementing Coupa solutions for source to pay processes, including data loads in sourcing, contracting, purchasing, invoicing master data (supplier, materials, and accounting data) and catalog management. Integrating Coupa with legacy SAP systems for transactional and master data interface in source to pay. Creating functional specification documents that require development of WRICEF objects. Preparing test cases, validating deliverables , and supporting client testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Solving complex business problems by creating IT solutions in consultation with business partners, architects, and other stakeholders.
