A Dimensa está buscando um(a) Product Manager Especialista para liderar nosso produto de análise de crédito, desempenhando um papel crucial na definição da estratégia e no desenvolvimento contínuo do nosso portfólio de produtos. Este papel envolve a construção de um roadmap estratégico, a colaboração próxima com equipes técnicas e a interação direta com clientes para entender suas necessidades.
Responsabilidades:
- Construção de Roadmap de Produto: Desenvolver e manter um roadmap estratégico alinhado com os objetivos da empresa e as demandas do mercado.
- Definição de Prioridades:Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes técnicas para priorizar e planejar o desenvolvimento de novas funcionalidades e melhorias no produto.
- Contato com Clientes: Realizar entrevistas e workshops com clientes para compreender suas necessidades, coletar feedbacks e validar soluções propostas.
- Busca por Novas Parcerias: Identificar e estabelecer parcerias estratégicas que possam enriquecer e expandir nosso portfólio de produtos de análise de crédito.
- Interface com o Time de Desenvolvimento: Servir como ponte entre as equipes de produto, design e desenvolvimento para garantir a entrega eficiente e de alta qualidade das funcionalidades planejadas.
- Acompanhamento de Novas Features: Monitorar e avaliar o progresso das novas funcionalidades desde a concepção até o lançamento, garantindo que estejam alinhadas com as expectativas dos clientes e da empresa.
Requisitos:
- Ensino Superior Completo.
- Experiência na gestão de produtos de análise de crédito, com um histórico demonstrado de sucesso na definição de estratégias de produto e no lançamento de novas funcionalidades.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de influenciar stakeholders internos e externos.
- Fortes habilidades analíticas e capacidade de tomar decisões baseadas em dados.
