Client Growth Specialist The Client Growth Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our services and continue to thrive with us. Onboarding & Relationship Management: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, guaranteeing a smooth and positive experience. Ongoing Support & Strategy: Regularly check in with clients to review performance, provide insightful recommendations, and optimize their marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in client success, account management, or customer service roles, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or home services industries. Key responsibilities: Retain existing clients through proactive outreach and personalized support. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to increase revenue. Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to expand client relationships. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with minimal accent for clear and effective communication with U.S.-based clients.
