Visionary User Experience Strategist

About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Product Designer who thrives on solving complex user problems, designing for technical audiences, and delivering intuitive, scalable product experiences in fast-paced, startup environments. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of user-centered design for B2B software and a track record of shipping enterprise-grade digital products. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design; Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions; Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance; Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience; Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs; Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite; Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team. Requirements The ideal candidate should possess: Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate with international teams; A strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools; A solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software; Experience working in agile development environments, with strong collaboration skills alongside Product Managers and Engineers; Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles. Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are preferred: 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer; Direct experience designing for cybersecurity platforms; Background in designing data-heavy interfaces; Knowledge of frontend development principles; Prior experience working with US-based startups; Experience facilitating design workshops or stakeholder alignment sessions.
