Financial Application Specialist This position is for a skilled professional to lead the implementation and management of Financial ERP applications, focusing on ensuring compliance with IT policy and standard user management processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and project management methodologies, as well as experience working with third-party vendors to implement SaaS solutions. Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel and Project, are also required. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate SOC reports to ensure vendor and application compliance and identify potential risks Ensure JDE, Trintech, and other financial applications are compliant with Gallagher's IT Policy Benchmark against industry best practices for financial application implementation and maintenance Required Skills and Qualifications: Relevant experience working with Financial ERP applications, preferably JDE Design and Development Experience with JDE Experience working with third-party vendors to implement SaaS solutions Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel and Project Financial acumen, including working knowledge of key accounting, financial management and analysis processes Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Intermediate SQL query skills Working Environment: The selected candidate will work in a large enterprise environment with domestic and international locations, collaborating with off-shore or remote development/support teams.
