Nesta oportunidade, estamos buscando um Accounting Analyst S/SR para se juntar à nossa equipe no Brasil.

Quais seriam as suas responsabilidades?

  • Avaliar e analisar contas para identificar tendências e áreas de melhoria.
  • Revisar e garantir a precisão das contas contábeis, fazendo ajustes quando necessário.
  • Registrar com precisão e detalhe todas as transações comerciais, como receitas, despesas, compras, vendas e pagamentos.
  • Comparar os registros contábeis com os extratos bancários para garantir que os saldos estejam corretos.
  • Preparar relatórios e fornecer informações e documentação para auditorias internas e externas.
  • Gerar relatórios financeiros, como balanço patrimonial, demonstração de resultados e demonstração do fluxo de caixa, para apresentar à gerência e acionistas.
  • Participar da implementação e atualização de sistemas contábeis para melhorar a eficiência e precisão do processo contábil.
  • Realizar todas as tarefas relacionadas à administração e liquidação de salários da equipe do Brasil, como envio de novidades, elaboração de contratos de trabalho e gerenciamento de benefícios, entre outros.

O que você precisa para se candidatar?

  • Formação acadêmica: Graduação em Ciências Contábeis ou Bacharelado em Contabilidade e Auditoria.
  • Conhecimentos técnicos específicos: Conhecimento das normas contábeis. Familiaridade com princípios contábeis, normas fiscais e sistemas contábeis.
  • Experiência profissional: Mínimo de 2 a 3 anos em posições contábeis, focadas em demonstrações contábeis e financeiras.
  • Competências do cargo: Responsabilidade e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe. Habilidade para analisar dados financeiros e identificar tendências, bem como elaborar relatórios precisos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e organização. Capacidade de lidar com várias tarefas, manter registros e cumprir prazos. Compromisso com a confidencialidade das informações financeiras.
  • Idiomas: Português Nativo e Inglês/Espanhol Avanzado (exclusivo).
  • Ferramentas de informática: Excel avançado e experiência com o uso de software contábil.
  • Local de residência: São Paulo, Brasil.
  • Modalidade de trabalho: Presencial.
